1. Who we are
This website, www.reclean.lv, is operated by Viserto SIA, trading as ReClean, registration number 41503064038, registered address Līvciema iela 9, k-1 – 5, Rīga, LV-1058, Latvia. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

2. What data we collect
Data you give us yourself. When you submit a request through a form on the site, we receive your name, phone number, e-mail address and the description of the property or service you enter. If you apply through the vacancies form, we also receive the comment you write about your experience and preferred schedule. If you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
Data collected automatically. When you browse the site we receive technical data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, pages viewed, clicks, time of visit and the source you arrived from. This happens through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).
We do not ask for and do not need your personal identity number, bank details or copies of identity documents in order to give you a quote.

You may withdraw consent for analytics and advertising at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use the following service providers, who process data on our instructions:
- Duda — the platform the website runs on (hosting, form delivery)
- Google — Gmail for our mailbox, Google Analytics for site statistics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads for measuring advertising results. Our Google Ads account uses enhanced conversions, which means that when you submit a form, a hashed(irreversibly encoded) version of your e-mail address or phone number may be sent to Google to match the request with an ad click. The data is not readable in that form
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to write to us through the WhatsApp button
- our accountant and, where necessary, legal advisers.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to — for example to a state authority acting within its powers.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies: technical ones needed for the site to work, and analytics and advertising cookies set by Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.
You can delete cookies and block them in your browser settings. If you block them, the site will still work, but some functions may behave differently.
You can also install Google's own opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout to stop Google Analytics collecting data about your visits.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Our providers listed above are international companies and some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decisions or the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
7. How long we keep it
- Requests that did not become an order — up to 1 year from the last contact
- Client data under a contract — for the duration of the contract and 5 years afterwards, in line with accounting and limitation requirements
- Job applications — up to 6 months, unless you agree to a longer period
- Analytics data — according to the retention period set in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may: obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and receive a copy of it; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict or object to processing; receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based on it.
To exercise any of these rights, write to lv.reclean@gmail.com. We reply within one month. If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
9. Children
The site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data about them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We limit access to request data to the people who need it to do the work, and we rely on the technical protection measures of the platforms we use. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect the data we hold.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
