What apartment building cleaning covers
The scope of work and how often it is done are agreed with the property manager and written into the contract — a six-flat building and a sixty-flat building do not need the same thing.
Stairwells and common areas
- wet and dry floor cleaning in stairwells, corridors and entrance halls;
- dust removal from handrails, window sills, mailboxes and landing panels;
- entrance doors, intercom panels and glass surfaces;
- collection of litter and advertising leaflets from common areas.
Additional care

Yard and grounds
